October 2022, we received some RFQ for rapid prototype from a customer in USA, they have some new project looking for ABS, PC, PMMA, rubber, Stainless Steel rapid prototypes.

1. ABS Rapid Prototype Parts:

Material: Nature ABS

Machining process: CNC machining

Surface finish: Smooth white painting

2. PC Rapid Prototype Parts

Material: Clear PC

Manufacture way: CNC milling

Surface finish: Polish

3. PMMA Rapid Prototype:

Material: High transparent PMMA

Manufacturing means: laser cutting

Surface finish: Stick 3M adhesive on one side

4. Rubber Prototype:

Material: Rubber 60Shore A

Color: Black, grey

Processing: PU vacuum casting mold

5. Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Prototyping

Material: SAI304

Processing: laser cutting, bending, polishing

Surface finish: Passivation
